Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QC Engineer (Civil) to oversee quality assurance and control activities for high-rise residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with standards, performing material testing, and maintaining accurate quality documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Site Inspections:

• Conduct regular inspections of construction activities, materials, and workmanship.
• Ensure all on-site work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

2. Quality Testing & Documentation:

• Perform material tests such as concrete, steel, soil, and other construction materials.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Maintain quality checklists and ensure proper documentation for audits.

3. Compliance & Standards:

• Ensure adherence to building codes, IS standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
• Verify the quality of incoming materials and coordinate corrective actions for deviations.

4. Coordination & Communication:

• Work closely with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.
• Conduct follow-ups on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

5. Issue Identification & Resolution:

• Identify defects, errors, or potential risks during construction activities.
• Recommend and implement corrective measures to prevent recurring issues.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and high-rise building standards.
• Hands-on experience with material testing and QA/QC procedures.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Education:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
