Quality Engineer - Electronics

The Quality Control Engineer performs :-

1.Quality Inspection of Incoming materials / Components and as well as outgoing materials along with the reports.

2.Testing & Calibration of Electronic Equipment's, Trouble shooting etc.This position reports to and works under the direct supervision of Manufacturing Head

Job Responsibilities :-

1. Perform the following tasks with a sense of urgency: Receiving inspection, source inspection, in- process inspection, final inspection, customer return (RMA) inspection, and customer repairs inspection.

2. Ensure that products and related documentation meet workmanship, drawing, specification, internal and customer requirements.

3. Ensure that each job performed is documented per inspection procedure and completed to the highest accuracy level.

4. Perform or evaluate Inspections and related reports, including customer-mandated F Production Lot Test inspection and reporting activities.

5. Manage Nonconforming Material process to include collaboration with Production and Engineering personnel to disposition non conformance accurately and on a timely basis

6. Testing & Calibration of Electronic Equipment's, Trouble shooting etc.

Skills required :

1.Should have electronic product experience

2. Good in Communication skills - Speaking (Clarity,Calm,Tone, Listening, Maturity)

3. Knowledge of single-layer and multi-layer printed circuit boards, surface mount and through hole technology, analog and digital components as used in various avionics products and assemblies

4.Team Player - Coordination / working with other internal teams

5. Problem solving and self motivated proven attitude

Industry preferred : Manufacturing Electronics / Industrial Electronics / Instrumentation

Qualifications : ITI Electronics / Dip/Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation/ Industrial Electronics
