Work Schedule :
Monday to Friday : Work from office (10 AM – 6 PM)
Saturday : Work from home (10 AM – 4 PM)
Sunday : Holiday

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance processes for lithium-ion battery manufacturing.
Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
Perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for quality issues.
Monitor and maintain documentation related to ISO/TS standards and safety compliance.
Work with R&D, production, and testing teams to resolve quality-related problems.
Conduct failure analysis on defective cells, modules, and packs.
Ensure incoming raw materials meet defined quality standards through supplier audits and inspections.
Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and maintain statistical process control (SPC).
Train operators and technicians on quality procedures and safety practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology (cell, module, pack level).
Hands-on experience in quality control tools: FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, CAPA.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
Understanding of electrical testing, BMS (Battery Management Systems), and safety protocols.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
