Quality Engineer -Metal Industries

Hira Walraven division of Hira Industries is a leading manufacturer of pipe support systems, modular fixing solutions, and construction support products used across major infrastructure and building projects in the Middle East. The company is a joint venture between Hira Industries and Walraven Group, combining regional manufacturing strength with global engineering expertise.

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Quality Engineer to manage the product quality, performance, and process efficiency across manufacturing operations. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge in metal fabrication and construction product systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Sole responsibility for ensuring products meet quality, performance, and efficiency standards
• Oversee end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test reports, and non-conformance (NC) reports
• Ensure test reports are issued for every shipment to clients
• Lead internal and external audits (process and product)
• Coordinate with third-party certification bodies
• Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Manage rejected materials and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency optimization
• Experience with ISO 9000, OSHAS, and HSE standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing quality (metal fabrication or construction products preferred)

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
