Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled and driven Quality Engineer for the Design and Build renovation of Multi-Purpose Halls at Lusail, ABHA, Duhail, and QBF.

This is a major project. It needs a strong quality leader. You will guide the team. You will protect standards. You will ensure every part of the project meets high quality levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead all quality work across project sites.
• Prepare and manage the Project Quality Plan.
• Ensure all works meet drawings, specs, and contract standards.
• Conduct internal audits and site inspections.
• Guide engineers and site teams on quality matters.
• Review method statements, ITPs, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, and subcontractors.
• Identify risks and suggest better solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Prepare reports and present quality updates to management.

Qualifications

• BSc in Civil Engineering (relevant to the project).
• Minimum 10 -15 years of total experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in similar projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a quality role on construction projects.
• IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and audits.
• Ability to manage and coordinate specialized teams.
• Experience in handling complex technical assignments independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
