On behalf of our client, we are seeking a QHSE Manager who will lead and oversee all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental functions across multiple sites within the organization. This role is responsible for managing both internal QHSE operations and client-facing site activities, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who actively engages in field operations, enhances existing systems, and ensures the effective implementation of safety, quality, and environmental practices across a diverse, multi-site, and manpower-intensive environment.
Responsibilities:

Ensure effective implementation of QHSE policies, procedures, and standards across all

Lead and manage all QHSE activities across internal operations and client sites

Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance, identify risks, and ensure on-ground

Drive a proactive safety culture and implement preventive measures to reduce incidents

Manage and lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements

Develop and oversee training programs, inductions, and toolbox talks for employees

Ensure clear communication of safety procedures to a multilingual workforce

Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

Monitor QHSE performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

Enhance and improve existing QHSE systems, policies, and processes

Collaborate with clients, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies

Utilize technology and reporting tools to improve efficiency and visibility

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across QHSE functions
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred - Mechanical is a plus)

Minimum 10 years of experience in QHSE, including at least 4 years in a managerial role

Mandatory certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001

Proven experience in manpower-intensive industries (e.g., Construction, Facilities Management, Manpower Services)

Strong experience managing multi-site operations

Experience in internal and external audits (ISO / certification bodies)

Strong knowledge of QHSE systems, compliance, and risk management

Experience in training, induction, and safety awareness programs

Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Experience in environments with accommodations/workforce camps is a plus
