Quality Facilitator

Summary
The QA Facilitator will assist the Quality Assurance department in multiple job functions. The employee job functions will be varied, employee must be flexible, as well as knowledgeable of all quality processes and documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain product coding procedure and manual by tracking format changes and organizing updates.
• Assist QA Manager with the management of FSQ procedures.
• Deliver audit support and help with preparation.
• Provide backup support for quality supervisors during shift gap and vacations.
• Assist with consumer complaint investigations.
• Assist in managing shelf life sensory cuttings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience, preferably in quality assurance
• Ability to work independently
• Good verbal and written skills
• Flexibility and knowledge of quality processes
