Quality Head (For Garments)

· “Risk Analysis & Closure” assess the product construction, Trims compatibility, Finish complexity and fabric nature, to mitigate the execution challenges during the production, with aligning Brands, GM operation, Sampling manager, Production Manager, Fabric manager, and finishing in charge.

· Work with factory IE team, sampling manager, production manager to finalize the operation bulletin and highlight the potential changes to optimize the production and reduce the DHU & Rejections.

· Work closely with IE, GM operation to finalize the operation bulletin and highlight the possible challenges to encounter while in production. Also, sharing the suggestion to brand to change the construction, without esthetical changes.

· Periodical NQA training and correlation exercise.

· Establish Banbury own Quality guideline to meet across the brands standard.

· Ensuring all Pre-Production approvals and submitting reports in time to avoid any delays to start production.

· Bulk wash and shade band approvals, aligning with brand Finish Manager.

· GPT review and cause analysis, in case any failures.

· Set KRA/KPI with clear measurable.

· Sharing Monthly Quality performance data to top management to drive the excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
