Title: Quality Improvement Nurses

Location: New Jersey (On-site + Travel)

We are seeking a licensed clinical professional (RN, NP, PA, LCSW, or equivalent) to drive clinical adoption, eCQM execution, quality improvement, and workflow transformation across a large multi-site healthcare network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead eCQM, HEDIS, and CMS quality measure initiatives.
• Improve provider adoption and utilization of clinical decision support tools.
• Conduct workflow assessments, training, and change management activities.
• Monitor quality gap closure, provider engagement, and performance metrics.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to optimize outcomes.
• Present progress and recommendations to clinical and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, LCSW, or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in clinical practice, care management, population health, or ambulatory operations.
• Experience with eCQM, HEDIS, CMS quality measures, and Epic or similar EHR systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, training, and workflow improvement skills.

Preferred

• Clinical Informatics, Population Health, ACO, MSSP, or Value-Based Care experience.
• Client-facing consulting or healthcare technology background.
