Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Inspection Clerk to be responsible for assisting the Inspection Department with preparing and reviewing inspection reports and other various reports and documentation per customer and engineering specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare, review and assemble inspection report packages and documentation

· Prepare, review and assemble First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and documentation

· Ensure all required inspection report documentation is accurately completed and compiled as per customer and engineering specifications

· Review customer specifications and requirements as related to meet quality standards

· Assist the Inspection Team with manual entry of technical data and other related tasks for Inspection Reports and projects

· Maintain safe working environment

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

· Position requires the applicant be a US Person or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)

· High school education required

· Ability to read blueprints required

· Experience working in metrology lab required

· Working knowledge of ISO and AS9100 Quality Management Systems a plus

· Knowledge of GD&T of blueprint reading preferred

· Knowledge and familiarity working in a fast-paced machine shop environment

· Strong communication, organizational and written skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
