Quality Inspection Lead at Lathrop

HQS Automotive International Inc. provides quality control solutions, including onsite engineering, inspection, and rework services. Our clients are manufacturers and suppliers to the automotive, green energy and high-tech industries

We are seeking Quality Control Supervisors to support our customers onsite in Lathrop area.

Title: Quality Inspection Lead

Responsibilities:

• Follow warehouse safety guidelines
• Conduct opening and closing briefing daily
• Conduct quality audit and internal audit
• KPI monitoring
• Conduct sort and cycle time study
• Manage timesheet, inspection report and supervising inspectors' work and documentation

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, College or above preferred
• Language: Fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to organize and plan ahead to maximize job efficiency and work safely
• Excellent communication skills
• Can frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 50lbs and climb a 10" step and back down

You must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Lathrop, CA 95330: Relocate before starting work (Required)
