Quality Inspector

Job Description

• Organize and take part in quality control activities during the production process.
• Stop specific operations or production work if product non-conformities are detected, until the root cause is identified and corrected.
• Immediately inform the production coordinator about any deviations from technical documentation or requirements.
• Do not approve products that are missing required accompanying or quality documents.
• Participate in reviewing customer complaints and analyzing the causes of defects.
• Organize and attend quality improvement meetings and complete related meeting records.
• Maintain statistical reports on product quality, defect causes, and customer claims.
• Monitor the condition, accuracy, and proper use of measuring and control equipment.
• Take part in the management, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Perform incoming inspection of purchased materials and ensure proper documentation is completed and stored.

Job Requirements

• Education: Higher or secondary technical education.
• Work experience: More than 3 years in a similar role.

Qualification Skills

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings.
• Skilled in using measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, spring force gauges, hardness testers, profile projectors, and gauges.
• Basic computer skills and confidence in working with standard software.
