Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards by performing thorough inspections and audits throughout the production process. Duties
- Conduct detailed quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product dimensions and specifications.
- Utilize advanced measurement tools including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to perform accurate assessments of complex components.
- Perform routine quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other relevant standards to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP protocols, CGMP guidelines, and other regulatory frameworks governing manufacturing practices.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings meticulously for review and reporting purposes.
- Identify non-conformities or defects early in the production cycle, initiating corrective actions aligned with quality management systems.
- Support manufacturing teams by providing feedback on quality issues and participating in root cause analysis sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or deviations.
- Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on audit findings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced manufacturing setting while maintaining high attention to detail.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
