Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Inspector that will report to the Quality Manager. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that firearm components and finished products meet all quality standards, engineering specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product safety, reliability, and compliance with federal, state, and company standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company quality process and recording efforts.

· Develop Traveler documents for parts and finished guns that flow to different processes and production centers in the facility, and out to vendors.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements.

· Develop and maintain documentation related to quality processes, procedures, and standards.

· Track and maintain communications with Customer Service for RMA related issues.

· Maintain an orderly Quality Control Workspace.

· Inspect firearm components and assemblies at incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages using approved inspection methods.

· Verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.

· Perform dimensional inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical inspection equipment.

· Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials or products; initiate corrective and preventive actions as required.

· Complete accurate inspection records, reports, and quality documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

· Assisting the team outside of role responsibilities, to ensure production and quality needs are met.

Qualifications:

· A minimum of 2 years of Quality Inspection experience.

· A minimum of 1 Year Machine Shop Experience.

· Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.

· Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience with MS Office

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
