About the Role:

The intern will support ISO 9001 and 14001 systems, audits, risk management, supplier performance, and ESG initiatives, including GHG reporting. They will also assist in data analysis to improve operational efficiency.

This role offers hands-on experience in quality, environmental, and sustainability management while developing analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment.

What you will do:

• Support the maintenance of ISO 9001 and 14001 Management Systems effectively.
• Actively participate in Quality, Environmental, and other internal & external audits.
• Assist in Risk Management activities, including defining risks/opportunities, implementing planned actions, re-evaluating, and tracking follow-ups.
• Contribute to Supplier Performance Management, particularly in assessment reporting and tracking.
• Provide support in maintaining ESG programs, with a focus on GHG emissions calculation and reporting processes.
• Actively contribute in data analysis studies and projects in order to optimize and improve the efficiency of operational processes, including data gathering, analysis, reporting & tracking activities

What you should ideally bring:

• Currently enrolled in an Industrial Engineering program or a related field.
• Understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001 & 14001) and risk management principles.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to track follow-ups.
• Knowledge of ESG concepts and GHG emissions reporting is a plus.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
