Quality Management Coordinator

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations. Duties

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management programs aligned with industry regulations and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness, including CPT coding, ICD-9, ICD-10, and ICD coding systems.
• Assist with facilitating staff trainings throughout the year.
• Monitor incident reports and patient safety events to identify trends and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop policies that enhance quality assurance processes and regulatory adherence.
• Prepare detailed reports for leadership on compliance status, audit findings, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Licensure as an LPN/RN in Illinois.
• Experience in healthcare quality management or compliance roles within a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with HRSA regulations applicable to healthcare products or services.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills to train staff and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
