We are looking for a Quality Management Specialist to develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with international ISO standards. This role ensures that all policies, procedures, and operational processes are properly documented, communicated, and effectively implemented across all business functions. Conduct audits when required, oversee compliance readiness, prepare certification documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management & ISO Compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in alignment with relevant ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Lead preparation for ISO certification, surveillance, and re-certification audits.
- Ensure organizational readiness through gap assessments, audit schedules, and corrective action plans.
- Maintain full documentation and evidence required for ISO compliance.
2. Policies, Processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Draft, review, and update policies, procedures, workflows, and SOPs for all departments.
- Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with ISO requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify process improvement opportunities and implement revised procedures.
3. Audit & Compliance
- Plan, execute, and oversee internal audits for all business units and functions.
- Develop checklists and evaluate compliance against ISO standards and internal policies
4. Implementation Support & Staff Enablement
- Guide employees in understanding and applying policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure full implementation of QMS across departments.
5. Reporting & Dashboards
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports for quality performance metrics, KPIs, audit results, and compliance progress.
- Present analytical insights and trends to senior management for decision-making.
- Maintain central documentation and quality databases.
6. Continuous Improvement & Critical Thinking
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance overall business performance.
- Analyze process inefficiencies and propose data-driven corrective actions.
- Drive a culture of quality and operational excellence across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, or related field
- ISO certifications required (ISO 9001 mandatory; ISO 14001 / 45001 highly preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Management or a similar role.
- Proven experience preparing organizations for ISO audits and certification.
- Strong capabilities in drafting and standardizing policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Proficiency in developing dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel, or equivalent).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all business departments.
