Quality Manager

we are seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance team and ensure that our products meet the highest international standards.

• Lead and manage the QA/QC team across all workwear operations (cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing).
• Develop and implement quality assurance systems, SOPs, and inspection protocols.
• Oversee in-line and end-line inspection processes to ensure consistent product quality and compliance.
• Liaise with production, merchandising, and technical teams to identify root causes of quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure customer requirements and technical specifications are fully understood and met.
• Monitor performance indicators and conduct regular quality audits and reports.
• Train QA staff to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with buyers, third-party auditors, and compliance teams as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in workwear or industrial garments manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards (AQL, ISO, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
