Role Overview

The Quality Manager position must demonstrate extensive experience and proven expertise in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and supervision roles, with a strong focus on roads, bridges, underpasses, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering.
• Appropriate quality qualifications and experience of quality management.
• Good knowledge and practical experience in developing, implementing, and improving Quality Management Systems with Over 15 years’ experience in Quality ( at least 7 years in Quality management ).
• Good Knowledge in Critical Materials: Concrete, Asphalt, Bridge bearings, Expansion joints, prestressed reinforcement, MEP (in General) etc.
• Previous exposure to roads, bridges, underpass, utilities projects.
• Good knowledge in compliance management plan and quality management plans.
• Full member of the Chartered Quality Institute (or an equivalent recognized quality body), is a plus.
• Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015.
• Strong technical understanding of construction quality requirements, including knowledge of ISO standards, contract, processes, specs, quality KPIs, PQIs, inspection and testing procedures, reporting tools (preferably automated), and corrective action protocols.
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders including clients, contractors, and project teams, managing challenges effectively to maintain quality standards and project timelines.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good team player.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Quality Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management within PMC and supervision of roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects .
• Certified Lead Auditor or Assessor (IRCA, Exemplar Global, or equivalent).
• Full member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) or equivalent recognized professional body.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 , construction inspection processes , material testing , and compliance verification procedures .
• Proficiency in digital quality management tools and automated reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
