About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) functions for major infrastructure construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements, supported by a strong background managing quality on high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans, procedures, and systems.
- Lead QA/QC teams and ensure construction activities meet required quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and project requirements.
- Identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and monitor closure of non-conformances.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure consistent quality performance.
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and documentation for senior management and project stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction of similar large-scale projects.
- Experience serving as a Quality Manager (or equivalent) on at least five projects of similar value.
- Valid ISO 9001 Auditor qualification or equivalent.
