Quality Manager

Qualification: B-Tech (Textile)/ Diploma In textile. Experience: 7-9 Years in Textile/Warp Knitting.

Essential: The Quality person will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, in-process production and finished warp knitted fabric meet defined quality standards and customer specifications. The Role demands strong technical expertise in HDPE/PP filem, monofilament, warp knitting , heat stabilisation and finishinmg processes along with leadership skills to implement systems, reduce defects and drive continuous improvements. Good understanding of monofilament/tape production, leadership qualities, familiarity with ISO9001, 5S, kaizens and lean manufacturing.

Key Responsibility1. Develop and implement QA procedures for each stage of production, film extrusion, warping, knitting, heat setting, rolling, fabrication and packaging.
2. Prepare and update Quality Manuals,SOPs and Inspection plans
3. Define quality parameters such as GSM, tape/mono denier, mesh size, tensile strength, shade factor, colour consistency, UV properties, dimensional stability and defect limits
4. Monitor quality at all checkpoints, raw material receiving, extrusion parameters, knitting and final packaging.
5. Daily audit in production and finishing areas. ensure proper documentation.
6. Ensure products conform to Domestic and International customers
7. Hands on experience in ISO manuals and processes incluiding documentation
8. Oversee testing of Mono/tape denier, tensils strength, elongation, shrinkage, UV ageing, GSM etc
9. Maintenance of daily quality reports, customer feedback records, lab test reports, rejectionsummaries and compliance
10. Weekly monitoring of KPIs like Rejection %, customer complaintsand audit performance
