We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations. Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with industry standards such as ISO 9001 (quality management)
- Lead regular quality audits on gauging and inspection equipment
- Oversee quality control processes including inspection, testing, and validation of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to guarantee compliance with customer specifications.
- Coordinate internal and external quality assurance activities, including supplier evaluations and product release procedures.
- Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures to uphold product integrity.
- Provide leadership on quality standards, procedures, and regulatory updates to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, engineering, and regulatory affairs to implement quality systems that support operational excellence.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and compliance status for senior management review.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Quality Management role within manufacturing environments.
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, GD&T, and print reading.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining robust quality systems that support compliance and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis and develop effective corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills for communicating with customers, conducting audits, and preparing comprehensive quality reports.
- Experience with QA/QC procedures including inspection techniques and statistical analysis tools is highly desirable.
Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
