MR Design and Packaging is a contract filler and packager for fragrances which has been in business for 19 years. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead manufacturing quality assurance initiatives within our production environment. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. As a key leader, you will champion quality excellence, foster a culture of accountability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 22716, FDA regulations, and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
  • Lead quality audits internally and externally to verify compliance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee quality control processes including inspection, testing, in-process components, and finished products to guarantee product integrity.
  • Manage root cause analysis investigations for non-conformances or product defects, implementing corrective and preventive actions promptly.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize quality systems, streamline workflows, and enhance overall product quality.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on quality standards and protocols to foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and compliance status.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) principles.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry-specific regulations such as FDA regulations.
  • Familiarity CGMP guidelines, ISO 9001 standards, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough quality audits and inspections across complex manufacturing processes.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions.
  • Project management experience to lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving product quality.
