Quality Manager - Workwear

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team and ensure our workwear products meet the highest international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA/QC operations across cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing
• Develop and implement quality systems, SOPs, and inspection protocols
• Oversee in-line and end-line inspections
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and international standards
• Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor KPIs and conduct regular quality audits
• Train and develop QA staff to drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, buyers, and third-party auditors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in quality management (preferably workwear or industrial garments)
• Strong knowledge of AQL, ISO, and international quality standards
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
