Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Manufacturing Assurance Assistant Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee quality assurance processes within our manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in quality systems, support manufacturing excellence, and uphold the highest standards of product safety and reliability.
Duties
- Lead and coordinate quality audits across manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems that support efficient manufacturing operations.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and control checks at various stages of production to identify issues early and prevent defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze root causes of quality issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Oversee documentation of quality metrics, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and compliance records.
- Support training initiatives to enhance team understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Manage projects aimed at improving product quality, process efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing quality assurance roles within regulated industries such as medical devices or food production.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 (medical device quality management), FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, ISO 9001 standards, and quality audit procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead quality audits and manage complex quality systems effectively.
- Excellent analysis skills with a focus on root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience in project management to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across departments and ensure compliance awareness.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
