Quality officer

Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025. Monitor compliance with documented procedures and policies. Maintain and update quality manual and related documentation. Plan and conduct internal audits to verify compliance. Identify non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions. Ensure proper control of all quality-related documents. Coordinate staff training on ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. Verify calibration and maintenance schedules for all instruments. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Monitor quality indicators and suggest improvements
