We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality and Production Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality control. This role requires experience in textile or hardgoods, involves frequent travel to factories, overseeing production processes, and collaborating with suppliers and third-party inspectors to maintain product and factory quality.
Responsibilities:

Oversee production units at each stage, organizing inspection dates and coordinating with suppliers and third-party inspectors.

Exhibit exceptional planning and organizational skills to manage production flow and intervene as necessary.

Review quality reports daily to ensure compliance with company standards.

Conduct pre-audits and technical audits, ensuring adherence to social compliance and other
quality standards.

Understand testing requirements, familiarize yourself with quality manuals, and guide lab technicians in decision-making.

Monitor the performance of inspection companies, providing training to inspectors and suppliers on updates and best practices.

Ensure compliance with our quality standards, addressing product quality, safety requirements, and ecological compliance.

Collaborate closely with commercial counterparts to provide technical solutions, analyze risks, and alert relevant parties regarding safety and production capacity.

Create item codes in the our ERP system, assisting suppliers in accurately inputting item information.

Guide suppliers on item label preparation according to our guidelines and manage the
labeling approval process with relevant offices.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the textile or hardgoods as a QA/QC and/or production engineer.

Availability for frequent travel, both domestically and internationally; a valid driving license is
essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level.
