Quality & Safety Control Nurse

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality & Safety Control Nurse to ensure our healthcare operations meet the highest standards of patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality and safety protocols across clinical departments.
• Conduct audits, incident reviews, and risk assessments.
• Provide staff training on quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to improve patient outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with valid license.
• Experience in quality assurance or patient safety is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
