Job Title: Quality Specialist

Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our team and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and achieving the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the implementation of quality procedures and policies.

Review and update operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Conduct field visits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Identify operational issues and propose and implement appropriate solutions.

Manage and execute continuous improvement plans and development projects.

Handle complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in quality or process improvement.

Knowledge of quality standards and systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in the field.

Working Conditions:

Full-time role with possible shift work.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

مراقبة تطبيق إجراءات وسياسات الجودة.

مراجعة وتحديث الإجراءات التشغيلية لتحسين الكفاءة وتقليل الأخطاء.

إجراء زيارات ميدانية لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة.

تحديد المشكلات التشغيلية واقتراح الحلول المناسبة وتنفيذها.

إدارة وتنفيذ خطط التحسين المستمر ومشاريع التطوير.

معالجة الشكاوى والملاحظات لضمان رضا العملاء.

المؤهلات:

دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة من سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في مجال الجودة أو تحسين العمليات.

تُعدّ المعرفة بمعايير وأنظمة الجودة (مثل ISO 9001) ميزة إضافية.

مهارات تحليلية قوية ومهارات حل المشكلات، مع القدرة على العمل الميداني.
