Job Discription

• Supervise and lead the quality control team, including inspectors and technicians.

• Monitor and improve inspection procedures for sheet metal components (cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, etc.).

• Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, calibration records, and internal audit logs.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using methods such as 8D, 5 Whys, or Fishbone Diagram.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer-specific quality requirements, and other regulatory standards.

• Lead or support initiatives for process improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma projects.

• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes (laser cutting, punching, forming, welding, etc.).

• Proficiency in using measuring instruments and interpreting engineering drawings (GD&T).
