Description:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for establishing and lead the Quality function as a hands-on contributor while independently managing all quality-related activities. This role ensures product compliance, supports production, and drives continuous improvement across the organization. The supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams to build a strong quality culture.
Key Responsibilities

Perform and review FAI reports for new and revised parts. Ensure compliance with drawing requirements.

Inspect raw materials and components to ensure compliance.

Work with suppliers to resolve nonconformance issues.

Provide hands-on support to production to resolve quality issues in real time.

Monitor in-line inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Perform final inspections (Customer Experience Inspection) to ensure products meet customer expectations and protect the customer from receiving nonconforming products.

Support customer complaints and warranty investigations.

Lead MRB activities including disposition of nonconforming materials.

Manage deviation and concession processes.

Monitor key quality metrics and maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.

Develop and maintain supplier quality performance.

Issue SCARs and follow up on closure.

Create and track corrective action reports (CARs) and ensure effectiveness of implemented actions.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost of poor quality.

Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams.

Train employees on quality standards and inspection methods.

Lead by example as a hands-on contributor.

Act as the primary point of contact for all quality related matters.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality.

Strong hands-on experience in FAI, Incoming inspections, Finished good Inspection and problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
