Quality Supervisor

• Roles and Responsibilities:

Issue procedures, instructions and forms according to quality management systems, keep the documentation up-to-date, monitor effective use of their last versions when needed.

• Generate and close CAPA & NCR on initiation of any non-conformity of product also record and follow up with concerned departments with proper root cause analysis by use of any Six sigma tools (Ishikawa/Fishbone analysis, 5 why methodology, brain storming, FMEA).
• Ensure that employees are aware of and practice systems such as product knowledge, specifications, SANTEX quality practices (Quality policies, personal hygiene, personal safety) and quality standards.
• Ensure all Quality Lab testing concerning Raw materials, finished products & online products are controlled, organized as per lab testing methods. All products specification is up to date and revised as per SANTEX standards.
• Responsible to conduct monthly Fumigation and Rodent activity in whole plant where required with proper follow-up of its effectiveness and act on arise of any observation.
• Perform risk assessment analysis for quality lab & production floor to improve safety protocols from every aspect.
• · Record and monitoring all laboratory instrument’s calibration along with plant equipment’s where needed and assure calibration performed before yearly expiry.
• Responsible to supervise lab function (testing of all incoming materials on the plant, FG product, Semi FG products) as well as trial product testing along with machine online quality inspectors for their true work performance & evaluation.
• Work in coordination with online quality inspectors, lab testing inspectors, RM/PM inspector and quality assurance staff to mutually achieve quality KPI’s and targets.
• Engage with lab staff and online quality inspector for continual improvements in product, documents, inspection and all related work where innovation, new ideas and creativity can be implemented.
• Check & verify safety protocols on the floor and in lab to reduce risk for process, product, human interface and vice versa.
• Handle customer complaint and investigate root cause on the line in such a way that it’s corrective and preventive action plan should be executed.
• Take the role as approver in the CAPA process for critical CAPAs
• Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualification Required:

• Must have a BE / MSC in relevant discipline.
