Quality Systems Engineer/ Warehouse (QC1) (QC2)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your primary responsibility will be to perform inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods. This is a full-time and/or part-time position with competitive pay and benefits with lots of potential for growth. This role also supports warehouse management and organization and requires the flexibility to assist in multiple areas of our business as needed.

The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently move between departments and assist with tasks such as quality control, shipping and fulfillment, warehouse organization support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can quickly learn new processes, and is willing to step in wherever additional support is needed.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Use of handheld tools such as power drills, buffing wheel, and sandpaper.
- Follow established procedures and protocols for quality control inspections.
- Record and analyze inspection data.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures.
- Assist in the training of new Quality Control Inspectors.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and quality control principles
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and their proper use
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Highly organized professional who prioritizes structure and efficiency above all else.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
