Shift: 2nd & 3rd shift available (may be required to come in early or stay late for shift prep, paperwork, and completion of duties)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Team Lead to coordinate and monitor activities within warehouse production area.

This role ensures quality inspection, team coordination, and adherence to safety and production standards while supporting daily workflow and training needs.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse, production, or quality LEAD experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards

Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift (including overtime when needed)

Ability to train, coach, and support team members on job duties and safety procedures
