We are seeking a motivated, safety-minded Quality Technician with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in an industrial manufacturing setting.

Schedule & Training

· Our facility operates 24/7/365, and this position requires availability for rotating shifts.

· Training schedule: Dayshift, 6 a.m.– 6 p.m.

· Upon completion of training, you will transition to rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights). Schedule changes are communicated in advance.

· Note: Applications without confirmed shiftwork availability will be automatically rejected.

Key Responsibilities

· Follow all plant safety policies and always maintain safe work practices

· Perform daily laboratory calibrations and QC testing on production samples

· Conduct slurry bacteria/spore testing per schedule and customer requirements

· Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on lab equipment

· Maintain accurate lab records, logs, and Certificates of Analysis

· Make or recommend process adjustments to ensure product quality

· Support plant operations and assist with loading powder and slurry as needed

· Assist bulk truck drivers with loading powder and slurry as required.

· Fill in for plant operators as needed and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

· PARCView (process historian) experience.

· Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to execute.

· Experience in making process adjustments to assure quality specifications.

· Basic to intermediate MS Office Skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Front end loader and forklift experience.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
