Quality Technician

Position Summary

Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy working with your hands? Showplace Cabinetry is seeking a Quality Technician with a strong attention to color, finish, and craftsmanship to join our Quality Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify that wood species, finish, door style, and other product details match the corresponding order

• Ensure the finish color matches the approved color sample standards

• Identify and repair defects before packaging and shipment to the warehouse

General Requirements

Showplace provides job-specific training prior to assigning employees to their positions. Candidates should possess or be willing to learn the following:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Basic reading and writing skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to bend and twist throughout the shift

• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers regarding work-related topics

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a loud manufacturing environment

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

Safety glasses and ear plugs (provided)
