• Perform detailed quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product dimensions and specifications.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP protocols, and other industry standards.
• Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing processes, product defects, and inspection results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for precise dimensional analysis of complex components.
• Support the implementation of quality assurance initiatives by participating in root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Assist in maintaining documentation for quality control activities, audit reports, and compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in manufacturing quality control or quality inspection roles within regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Proficiency with calibration tools including calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems; experience with precision measuring instruments is essential.
• Familiarity with quality standards such as HACCP, GMP, and related quality systems.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and recommend improvements.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills to document findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
