Qualification:-
BE IT, Computer, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, Msc IT, IT Graduate with certified course.

Experience Required :
1+ years of experience in Software Testing/Mobile Application Testing/Web Testing.

Job Description:

● Take complete training that is provided by seniors & Team Leader.
● Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) & Agile Methodology.
● Review requirement specifications, identify gaps, determine testability and testing implications.
● Create a test plan, requirement specification, test scenarios & test cases in TestLink.
● Execute test cases and document the results in TestLink.
● Strong knowledge of Bug Life cycle.
● Report bugs and errors to development teams using the Redmine bug tracking tool.
● Basic knowledge of SQL.
● Should be ready to learn new things & take challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities :
● You will be responsible for mobile application testing & website testing.
● Work on improving testing performance.
● Adopt and Adherence to QA/Team Leader procedure.
● Responsible for creating test plans, requirement specifications, test scenarios & test cases as instructed by Sr.Test Lead/Team Leader.
● Execute test cases according to Plan.
● Perform a variety of testing, such as regression, integration, platform, and performance testing to confirm the stability of software systems, user acceptance testing, UI testing.
● Report bugs & errors according to procedure.
● Maintain responsibility for developmental test cases for new & modified products or product components.
● Recommend for new changes in procedures
● Work on improving application performance & quality.
● Strictly follow instructions & guidelines given by Sr.QA, team leader and execute testing tasks.
● Report daily to the Team Leader.
● Give training to fresher QA.
● Upgrade the technical knowledge regularly.

Job Skills :
● Good ability to learn new techniques.
● Have a good knowledge of SDLC & STLC & agile methodology.
● Knowledge of Bug Life Cycle.
● Experience in regression testing, integration testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, black box testing, usability testing and alpha Testing.
● Experience in creating test plans, requirement specification, test scenarios & test cases.
● Ability to understand requirements and translate requirements into Test Cases.
● Show creativity and initiative to improve product test cases.
● Identify, isolate, and communicate bugs effectively and efficiently.
● Report bugs and errors to development teams using the Redmine bug tracking tool.
● Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
● Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
● Basic knowledge of automation will be a plus point.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
