Female Arabic Speaking Quality Trainer – Domestic Workers (Tadbeer)

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Quality Trainer – Domestic Workers to train, assess, and monitor housemaids to ensure high service standards. The role involves coordinating between customers and housemaids, resolving issues, and ensuring that all domestic workers are well-trained and aligned with customer expectations and the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).
Key Responsibilities
1. Housemaid Training & Development
- Conduct initial and ongoing training for housemaids in:
- Cleaning standards and hygiene practices
- Babysitting and basic elderly care
- Safe use of household appliances
- Provide basic communication training (English/Arabic)
- Educate housemaids on UAE culture, behavior, and workplace expectations
2. Quality Assurance
- Assess housemaids before deployment to customers
- Ensure proper matching based on customer requirements
- Monitor performance and maintain quality records
- Conduct refresher training where required
3. Customer & Housemaid Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for resolving issues between customers and housemaids
- Handle complaints related to performance, behavior, or communication
- Provide timely and effective solutions, including retraining or replacement if needed
4. Complaint Handling & Problem Resolution
- Investigate complaints from customers
- Counsel housemaids and provide corrective guidance
- Ensure issues are resolved professionally and promptly
- Minimize escalations and improve customer satisfaction
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain records of training, performance, and complaints
- Prepare regular reports for management
- Identify recurring issues and improve training programs accordingly
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Tadbeer or domestic worker services
- Experience in training, quality assurance, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle conflict and resolve issues professionally
- Good knowledge of UAE culture and domestic worker expectations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tadbeer or domestic worker services prefereed
- Experience in training, quality assurance, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle conflict and resolve issues professionally
- Good knowledge of UAE culture and domestic worker expectations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
- Fluency in Arabic and English mandatory.
