Internship — Part time / Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a small proprietary trading research outfit building data-driven,

AI-assisted algorithmic strategies on MetaTrader 5. You will work directly

alongside the lead researcher — designing EAs, collecting market microstructure

data, running quantitative analysis, and iterating rapidly using large language

models as a core part of the development loop. No two days are the same.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

- MQL5 EA development and debugging on MT5

- Multi-symbol, multi-timeframe data collection systems

- Oscillator and price-action DNA analysis in Python / Excel

- Prompt engineering and iterative AI-assisted coding

- Quantitative research — MFE/MAE, regime detection, backtesting

- Technical documentation and structured logging design

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- Professional English — written and spoken

- Structured analytical thinking

- AI-native workflow (daily LLM use)

- C++ / C# or MQL5 familiarity

- Python or Excel for data analysis

- Precise error reporting and debugging

STRONG ADVANTAGE

- Forex / crypto market knowledge

- Technical analysis — oscillators, SMC/ICT concepts

- Statistics — distributions, MFE/MAE, regime detection

- Git version control

- Experience reading compiler errors calmly

THE ONE TRAIT THAT MATTERS MOST

You must be comfortable treating an AI as a senior collaborator — not a search

engine. That means writing precise, context-rich prompts; critically evaluating

AI output before accepting it; iterating on errors methodically; and knowing

when to push back.

If you have ever debugged a 1,000-line AI-generated file by reading it line by

line and reported the exact error with its line number, you are the right

candidate.
