Quantitative Aptitude-CA/CMA/CS

RLT Edzaro is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Quantitative Aptitude to join our CA Academy. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in Accounting subjects to CA aspirants, helping them build strong conceptual understanding and exam-oriented skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Accounting subjects for CA Foundation / Intermediate / Final (as applicable).
• Prepare and deliver engaging lectures aligned with ICAI syllabus.
• Develop study materials, notes, practice questions, and mock tests.
• Explain complex accounting concepts in a clear and student-friendly manner.
• Evaluate assignments, tests, and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Guide students in exam preparation strategies and time management.
• Stay updated with changes in ICAI syllabus, standards, and exam patterns.
• Participate in academic planning, doubt-solving sessions, and revision classes.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualified CA / CMA / M.Com ( Quantitative Aptitude) or relevant professional qualification.
• Strong command over Accounting concepts and standards.
• Prior teaching experience in CA coaching institutes preferred (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools (for online or hybrid classes, if applicable).
