Quantitative Aptitude Trainer

Job Title: Aptitude Trainer (B.Tech Placement Preparation)Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Aptitude Trainer to train B.Tech students for upcoming company placement drives. The trainer will be responsible for strengthening students’ quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability skills in line with corporate recruitment standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct aptitude training sessions for B.Tech students preparing for campus placements
• Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation
• Design and deliver structured training modules based on company-specific exam patterns
• Conduct mock tests, practice sessions, and performance evaluations
• Analyze student performance and provide feedback and improvement strategies
• Share tips and shortcuts to improve speed, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Prepare students for online aptitude tests used in company hiring processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of aptitude subjects (Quantitative, Logical, Verbal)
• Experience in training students for campus placements / competitive exams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Familiarity with aptitude patterns of IT, core, and product-based companies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / Any Graduate preferred)

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience as an Aptitude Trainer or similar role (preferred)
• Freshers with strong aptitude skills and training capability may also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
