Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in cost control or quantity surveying in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and cost management practices.
- Experience in handling variations, claims, and payment certifications.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (Excel, cost management tools).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
