Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.

Monitor project costs and track expenditures against the budget.

Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders.

Review contractor payments, invoices, and interim valuations.

Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure cost alignment.

Support procurement processes, including tendering and bid evaluation.

Maintain cost reports and provide regular updates to management.

Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

5-8 years of experience in cost control or quantity surveying in construction projects

Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and cost management practices

Experience in handling variations, claims, and payment certifications

Good analytical and reporting skills

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in relevant software (Excel, cost management tools)

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
