Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer cum Quantity Estimator in Dubai with strong expertise in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, site supervision, AutoCAD drafting, and construction project execution. The role requires full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and price quotations using ERP systems
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Supervise site activities and ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Conduct site measurements and quantity take-offs
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings for landscape, interior, and carpentry works
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Liaise with clients and authorities for approvals and permits
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management

Mandatory Requirements (Indeed Screening Filters)

Applicants MUST meet ALL of the following criteria:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
✔ Dubai Municipality G+1 License (mandatory)
✔ Active membership with Society of Engineers – UAE (mandatory)
✔ Proven UAE experience in civil construction & quantity estimation
✔ Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality rules and regulations
✔ Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation & cost estimation
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD
✔ Experience in site supervision and project coordination
✔ Strong reporting, planning, and communication skills

Candidates without a valid Dubai Municipality G+1 License and Society of Engineers UAE membership will not be considered.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in landscaping, interior fit-out, or carpentry projects
• Familiarity with ERP systems for estimation and budgeting
• Valid UAE driving license

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
