Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Survey Engineer to manage quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, contract administration, variation claims, and project cost control for engineering and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, scope of work, and BOQs
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Manage project costs, variation orders, and final accounts
• Prepare BOQ and SOW independently
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / QS Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years UAE/GCC experience
• Minimum 2 years Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, contracts, and cost control

Preferred

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills
