Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for commercial interior projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Perform cost control and value engineering during project execution.
• Evaluate vendor quotations, rate analysis, and negotiation for cost efficiency.
• Monitor and track project costs, variations, and financial progress reports.
• Prepare and review contracts, subcontracts, and work orders.
• Handle billing verification and certification for vendors and contractors.
• Prepare MIS reports and cost summaries for management.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure cost alignment with project scope.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in quantity surveying for commercial interior or fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and contract management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
