Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Evaluate tenders, contracts, and variations.
• Monitor project expenditures and manage cost control.
• Conduct site visits and verify completed works for payment certification.
• Prepare progress reports and advise on contractual claims.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred).
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
