Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of contractual and financial control of construction projects, from initial estimates to final account settlement. This includes cost planning, preparing bills of quantities, tender evaluation, contract administration, and cost reporting. The role ensures value for money while maintaining quality and compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and measurement software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
