Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimations, budgeting, and financial planning across our luxury fit-out, construction, landscape, and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents
• Analyze project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost efficiency
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure financial alignment
• Undertake pre-site assessments to prepare accurate BOQs and post-site verifications to ensure completed works are delivered in full compliance with the approved BOQs.
• Demonstrated expertise in pre- and post-contract management, encompassing budgeting, tendering, contract execution, variations, and final settlements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in fit-out, construction, or renovation in Dubai & Abu Dhabi
• Strong knowledge of project costing, procurement, and contract administration in the UAE.
• Proficient in MS Excel, project costing software, and BOQ preparation
• Own vehicle with valid UAE driving license
• Based in or around Dubai
